Linings

The Linings product line of Vesuvius provides products and services that enable our customers' plants to withstand the effects of extreme temperatures or erosive chemical attack.

Vesuvius' main objective is to provide value through reducing the overall operating costs for our customers. This is achieved through a family of products that provide ease in application and rapid drying to minimize downtime. In addition, our field service teams have developed specialized equipment and application techniques that provide the most reliable installation at the lowest possible cost.

Vesuvius' unique modelling facilities have enabled our engineers to develop superior precast products with very complex shapes. Such designs, for instance, give the operator much better control of steel quality (Turbostop) and the ability to maximise yield (Elby™). Our research teams have also developed numerous monolithic products that provide similar benefits to customers in many industrial applications.
